Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By browsing, registering, or ordering on bunkernepal.com you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Return Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be 16+ and capable of entering a binding contract under Nepal law.
• You are responsible for your password, OTPs, and all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate name, phone, and address — delivery failures from incorrect details may incur re-delivery charges.
• We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or violation of these terms.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

• All prices are in NPR inclusive of VAT where applicable; delivery fees are shown at checkout.
• Prices track official MRP/distributor updates. We strive for accuracy but pricing or description errors may occur — we will verify with you (hellobunkernp@gmail.com / 980-1915212) before dispatch if the error is material.
• Listing a product is not a guarantee of availability; stock across 77 districts is dynamic.

4. Orders & Acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We accept it only upon order confirmation + dispatch notification. We may cancel/refuse any order for suspected fraud, payment failure, stock shortage, or pricing error, refunding prepaid amounts in full. COD orders may require phone confirmation at 980-1915212.

5. Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD): pay in cash to the courier. Valid government ID may be requested for high-value orders.
• Digital payments: eSewa, Khalti, bank QR/bank transfer via licensed Nepal gateways. Authorization is at the gateway; we receive only a token.
• Failed or reversed payments void delivery; reorder may be required.

6. Delivery

Kathmandu Valley 1–2 days, nationwide 2–4 days after dispatch (remote areas may take longer). Courier attempts: 2. Please inspect the parcel with the courier; note damage on the receipt and contact us within 24 hours at hellobunkernp@gmail.com / 980-1915212. Delivery across all 77 districts; some remote VDCs may require pickup at district hub.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Covered by our 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy. Summary: unused, sealed items with original packaging/accessories within 7 days; free pickup for damaged/incorrect items; prepaid refunds in 2–3 business days. Brand official warranties (typically 12 months) are honored at authorized service centers — Bunker at Maitidevi facilitates claims. Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair voids warranty.

8. User Content

Reviews must be truthful, non-defamatory, and respect IP. You grant Bunker a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your review on bunkernepal.com with your display name. We moderate per community guidelines and Nepal law.

9. Prohibited Use

• Fraud, fake orders, COD refusal abuse, or reselling with intent to circumvent warranty.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with site security.
• Posting unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

10. Intellectual Property

Site design, copy, and code are owned by Bunker Nepal. Brand trademarks belong to respective owners (Apple, Samsung, etc.). You may not copy or reuse our content without written permission except for personal shopping.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Nepal law, Bunker's total liability for any order is capped at the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., data loss, business interruption) or delays beyond reasonable control (courier, weather, regulatory action).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Bunker against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall first be mediated via our support (hellobunkernp@gmail.com, 980-1915212). If unresolved, jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.

14. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect new services, laws, or payment options. Material changes are notified via banner or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
