We comply with applicable laws of Nepal including the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 (2008) and the consumer-protection framework for handling of personal data and electronic records. Where Nepal law provides stronger rights, that standard applies.

2. Information We Collect

• Account & Order Data: name, phone (980-1915212 format), email (e.g. hellobunkernp@gmail.com for support replies), shipping address across all 77 districts, order notes, invoice preferences.
• Transactional Data: cart, order value (NPR), payment method (COD, eSewa, Khalti, bank QR), payment confirmation tokens — we never store full card numbers or CVV.
• Support Data: messages, call logs, photos you share for returns, warranty claims, product questions.
• Device & Usage Data: IP, device model, browser, approximate location (city level), pages viewed, search queries. Collected via cookies and server logs.
• User-Generated Content: reviews, ratings, and photos you submit (displayed publicly with your display name).

We collect only what is necessary to fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and improve shopping experience. No sensitive personal data is collected unless you voluntarily provide it.

7. Data Retention

Orders/invoices: 7 years (tax compliance). Account data: until you delete your account, then 30 days for backup purge. Support tickets: 2 years. Logs: 12 months. You can request earlier deletion where the law permits; some records must be retained for legal reasons.

8. Your Rights

• Request deletion or restriction of processing (subject to legal retention).
